Why is the USB 4 Enclosure with Samsung M.2 SSD slower in Windows 10/11?

At present, all brands of USB 4 NVMe SSD Enclosure use Samsung's M.2 NVMe SSD, and the read and write speed on Windows computers is relatively slow, basically not exceeding 600MB/S. The speed on the MAC device is OK, but the speed performance of other brands of SSDs in these two operating systems is not so different. This is caused by the compatibility between the USB 4 enclosure master control solution and Samsung's NVMe SSD, and there is no good solution yet.
